Since VuPorts has 100's of video conferencing systems on hand at any one time, we are possibly one of the only companies that can provide you with quantity and quality video conferencing system rentals for 2 days, one week, one month or longer (Minimum: 2 day rental).

We have in fact outfitted conventions with 30 and more units at a time.

Video conferencing rentals are shipped directly to the locations where you need them.

We are currently renting Polycom and Tandberg video conferencing systems.

All video conferencing equipment rentals are charged in full (100%) in advance of the rental period.
We encourage you to schedule your rental early to insure equipment availability.

Cancellation Policies
50% refund within 72 hours prior to noon of the day of shipment provided order was placed 1 week (168 hours)
prior to 12 noon of the day of shipping.
No refunds within 24 hours prior to noon of day of shipment.
No refunds on orders placed within 1 week (168 hours) or less prior to 12 noon of day of shipment.
