VuPorts, LLC offers time specified warranties with most of their systems that are operated under normal use. We do not ship demo units to customers. All Sales are Final and we do not take returns except where items are not functioning correctly and are under warranty. All returns are done with replacement only.
As a return policy then for items that are under warranty and are being returned for repair or arrive defective, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number in the form of RMA xxxxxx. The RMA number should be made visable on the box and the waybill attached.
All shipping for defective units is the responsibility of the customer with the exception of items noted as received defective or that become defective within 14 days after receipt. Those later items, shipping shall be paid by VuPorts in both directions for immediate replacement. VuPorts will provide a shipping label in these cases for customer.
All items returned must have insurance that equals the replacement cost of such item. All items shall be packaged in accordance with your Carriers (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS, etc) guidelines. If there is damage due to Customers not abiding by Carrier guidelines and resulting in damage to returned shipments, VuPorts, LLC shall immediately nullify any warranty due Customer and not be obliged to replace said item(s).
Once the items are received we will generally replace within several days and up to two weeks with items of the same value or better. The shipping cost back to the original customer from VuPorts will be the responsibility of the customer. No item shall be replaced or exchanged due to accidental damaged or misuse. The judgement for replacement or exchange shall be at the sole discretion of VuPorts.
For items shipped International, outside the borders of the United States, all duties and customs shall be the responsibility of the customer. Any items left unclaimed for more than 60 Days will revert to the property of VuPorts, LLC
